Amanda Hodge, a proud Midwest native, has called the Quad Cities home for over 25 years.
Starting her career in public service as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher, Amanda developed a deep commitment to helping others during their most important moments. In 2014, her passion for serving people led her into real estate.

Her natural leadership and dedication quickly earned her multiple awards and the opportunity to open her own branch office in Milan, Illinois, where she works alongside her son, Brandon Holtam—a U.S. Air Force Veteran passionate about service and community.

Together, they bring a family-centered, client-first approach that blends professionalism with genuine care.
